Virtual Events: Live Stream Conferences, Summits, Webinars, Fundraisers, & other events

Virtual events have grown in popularity for years, including social activations at in-person events that connect & amplify virtually.

Now, due to the COVID-19 global pandemic, virtual events are no longer optional add-ons, but an opportunity to keep our communities safe and engaged while sheltering or physical distancing–it also allows those who are financially unable to attend in-person events to be a part of the action.

TuttleCo produces dozens of live events for nonprofits, including:

  • Free & paid webinars, including presentation-style, panel conversations, or collaborative workshops
  • Summits, conferences, and courses
  • Online fundraisers, advocacy campaigns, and performances
  • Live streaming to websites, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn

Here’s What TuttleCo Virtual Event Production Includes

Of course, we’ll be managing your virtual event day-of. But we’re not just tech support. We are experienced event producers working for over 20 years helping nonprofits implement effective digital strategy, marketing, and online fundraising.

Event Consulting

We’ll help you plan your virtual event and determine the right technology, channels, and program to most effectively reach your event goals.

Program Development

We’ll provide a Virtual Event Planning Checklist and Run of Show template, and help you solidify a strong and well-organized program. We also work with you to prepare slides, videos, and other live demonstrations.

Presenter Support

We will host a short tech rehearsal with presenters before each virtual event to test all technology, assets, and meeting/broadcast connections. We’ll also work with speakers to ensure audio, video, lighting, internet, and location are optimal.

Tech & Security

We’ll help you determine the best tools, settings, and broadcast channels for your event, as well as manage day-of community tools & security concerns. TuttleCo can provide most broadcast tools free of charge, or use client software if preferred.

Marketing

As a digital strategy firm with a focus on online communications and marketing, we can also provide social media copy drafting & scheduling, including graphic design and video production, if needed.

Event Report

We end each engagement with an Event Wrap-Up Report, including event meeting and live stream performance metrics, to help you report back success and document for future events.

Schedule an Initial Consultation

Please use this form to schedule a 30-minute initial consultation with us so we can learn more about your event in order to provide a proposal and quote.

Our goal is to make event production seamless and smooth so that you can focus on the content and community.

We look forward to helping make your event a success!
